Christmas Return & Posting Dates
We have an extended return period for orders during the Christmas period. Any non customised product purchased during November & December 2023 is able to be returned to us up until the 31st of January 2024 if the item does not suit your requirements.
To guarantee you get your order for Christmas, please order by these dates at the latest for non-customised items.
Orders with prescription lenses or customisations may require 4-5 working days to be made before dispatch. Please email or call us to enquire regarding delivery before Christmas.

Our offices will be closed on Saturday 23th and re-open on Wednesday 27th of December 2023. Our offices will then close on Saturday 30th of December and re-open Tuesday 2nd of January 2024 after the New Year.
